Expediting
MSES provides a proactive and cost effective expediting service through the company's network of experienced field expediters located close to most major manufacturing centers in India.
MSES expediters are required to undertake a formal training and examination program and are skilled in production planning and manufacturing processes. Their key focus is to work with the manufacturer to identify delays and potential problems with a view to maintaining schedules and, if required, initiating remedial action to get production activities back on schedule. The client is thus assured of an independent, knowledgeable view of the expected impact on project schedules.
MSES experienced expediters undertake in-depth trouble-shooting to ensure that required delivery dates are respected and met. This work entails attendance at pre-production meetings, monitoring of engineering, input sub-orders and sub-vendors, manufacture, test, dispatch, documentation submission/approval and order close out.
The cost control of expediting activity is a key factor to many clients, thus MSES provides clients with expediting options along with justifications, with full consideration to minimizing expediting costs on a job against frequency (effectiveness) of expediting and the cost implications of late deliveries.
Expediting is essential where capital or consumer product have to be produced in accordance with a pre determined time schedule when it is necessary.
