Technical Inspection Services

Inspection activities have wide range under the International Code & Standards, rules and specification of project, work guidelines of quality acceptance and customer satisfaction.

Quality assurance / quality control including stage wise inspection are carried out in accordance with ISI, ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, TEMA, JIS etc. we assign highly qualified professionals Engineers to perform above said inspection, QA/QC activities of project work which include as follows

• Verifying / checking of project quality plan (PQP), quality assurance plan ( QAP ), inspection test plan ( ITP )etc. of contractors / vendors and advice of suggestion if necessary and approval to final acceptance of quality .
• To Ensure that contractor / vendors carry out work in accordance with their respective project quality plan (PQP) , Quality Assurance Program ( QAP ) & inspection test plan ( ITP ) etc.
• Under take inspection and witness of tests in compliance with the requirements of specification relevant code & standards as per approval PQP, QAP & ITP etc.
• Inspection of materials, plant equipment, structures, at vendor work before dispatch.
• Material Receiving Inspection , in process inspection and final inspection & testing of fabrication of mechanical & process equipments , piping and structures etc.
• Witness and qualify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and welder performance qualification (WPQ) as per ASME, API, and TEMA, AWS etc at shop fabrication and project site.
• Inspection of receiving material, in process inspection, final Inspection & testing of project work at site. Including the following disciplines – Mechanical, Civil, and E & I etc.
• Inspection during periodic shutdown (refinery , petrochemicals, oil & gas, power plant Industries).

New Equipment Supply

With the development of international supply chains and an increasing trend for sourcing equipment from non-historic, lower cost providers to industry, the need for expedient, technical expertise on-site at the vendors' facilities is ever more critical to the success of a project. With expert technical specialists in key disciplines of materials, fabricated structures, tanks and static pressure equipment, pipeline and piping systems, process/rotating machinery, complimented by specific process expertise in welding and fabrication, non destructive examination (NDE).

MSES ensures the assignment of the correct technical specialist to conduct inspection activities on the equipment being purchased and manufacturing process being employed.

Construction Site Inspection and Testing

Whether through a project managed service provision or the delivery of individual core site inspection supervision activities, MSES offers a comprehensive range of construction / project site HSE, inspection and testing services. This includes various specialized disciplines, methods and techniques ranging from the provision of complete site project teams (undertaking all facets of site inspection, testing and associated technical services) to single individuals undertaking a specific assignment

Technical Specialists provide inspection services from receipt of equipment on site, through assembly and erection to pre-commissioning verification as required. Ongoing HSE, project or site auditing and expediting services can also be provided during construction.

In-Service Inspections

it is not common place for in-service inspection activities to run independently of asset integrity based systems, MSES has extensive experience in the performance of visual and dimensional inspection of existing equipment, piping (pressure containing and mechanical) for condition and suitability for continued usage/extended life.
